Odesza is an American electronic music duo originating from Bellingham, Washington. The group is composed of Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight (aka "Catacombkid and "BeachesBeaches"). Shortly before they graduated from Western Washington University, Odesza began their musical career in 2012 with the release of their debut album, Summer's Gone. The album was well-received by critics and their avid fan base The duo followed it up with a successful EP, My Friends Never Die, in 2013. In 2014, Odesza released their second album, In Return. The album was another critical and commercial success and propelled the duo to new heights of popularity.

At the 58th Annual Grammy Awards in 2016, "Say My Name" (RAC mix) earned the duo their first Grammy nomination (Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical). Their third studio album, A Moment Apart, was made available on September 8, 2017. It topped the Top Electronic/Dance Albums Chart despite falling to number three on the Billboard 200. At the 60th Annual Grammy Awards in 2018, "Line of Sight" was nominated for Best Dance Recording, and the album was nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Album. The couple established and ran Foreign Family Collective, a record label that releases music and works of visual art from other artists. Odesza was ranked 10th on Billboard's list of 2018's top dance musicians, the Billboard Dance 100. On July 22, 2022, they released their fourth studio album, The Last Goodbye on Ninja Tune. This record was nominated for the 65th Grammy Award's Best Dance/Electronic Album. No wonder they've received great fan reviews.
