Ludovico Maria Enrico Einaudi OMRI is an Italian composer and pianist who has been captivating audiences around the world with his mesmerizing music since the early 1990s. Born in Turin, Italy in 1955, Ludovico began playing piano at a young age and was heavily influenced by classical composers such as Bach, Debussy, and Satie. His passion for music led him to study composition at the Conservatorio Verdi in Milan where he graduated with honors. Ludovico's career as a composer began in 1982 when he wrote his first album, "Elements," which featured his signature style of combining classical elements with modern soundscapes. Since then, he has gone on to compose some of the most iconic pieces of music ever written, including the popular soundtrack for the film “This Is England” (2006). In addition to composing original works for films and television shows, Ludovico has released several solo albums including Divenire (2006), Una Mattina (2004), Nightbook (2009), In a Time Lapse (2013), Elements 2 (2015) and Seven Days Walking: Day One (2019). 

Throughout his career, Ludovico has received numerous awards and accolades including two Classical BRIT Awards for Best Soundtrack Album and Best Album respectively. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland in 2010. His success has seen him perform sold-out concerts across Europe, Asia, North America, and South America. In 2021, he embarked on a European tour that includes performances in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain as well as dates in Australia and New Zealand later that year. Ludovico will be touring throughout Europe again before heading out on a special 2023 tour which will include performances throughout North America as well as dates across Europe once more.
