Venna, whose real name is Vanessa Moore, was born in Nashville in 1995 and grew up listening to gospel and country music. She learned how to play the piano and guitar when she was six and went to Belmont University to study singing. Early demos, like the First Light EP, that were put online in 2014 went viral. Indie labels quickly took notice of her soulful voice and deep lyrics.

The US Indie Charts put Venna's first album, Echoes of Heart (2017), at number 8. In 2018, she played at South by Southwest and worked with James Blake, a singer-songwriter. The songs "Hold On" and "Skyline" were big hits and got a lot of praise, even getting nominations for the Independent Music Awards. She played over 150 live shows in sold-out venues all over North America and Europe.

Resonance, Venna's 2025 album, has ten songs that mix pop-rock with soulful ballads. Live shows are both intimate and exciting because they focus on songs like "Fading Lights" and "Gravity." She uses live instruments, tells stories, and interacts with fans. Get your Venna tickets on Yadara now to see her amazing stage presence and emotional live show.
