The Bad Plus is an American jazz trio composed of pianist Ethan Iverson, bassist Reid Anderson, and drummer Dave King. Since its formation in 2000, the trio has become one of the most highly acclaimed jazz groups in the world. Their unique approach to jazz music has earned them numerous awards and critical acclaim from fans and critics alike. The Bad Plus jazz trio began their career with the release of their self-titled debut album in 2001, which was met with immediate success.
