Kenneth La'ron known by his stage name KennyHoopla, is an American singer, songwriter & musician. He is best known for his unique blend of R&B, pop & soul. KennyHoopla was born on October 2, 1996 in St. Louis, Missouri. He began making music at the age of 16 after being introduced to Logic Pro by a friend. He cites J Cole, Kendrick Lamar & Chance The Rapper as his biggest musical influences. In 2016, KennyHoopla started uploading songs to his SoundCloud website. On October 5, 2016, he uploaded an EP with the title Beneath the Willow Tree to SoundCloud, which included both brand-new songs and some of the tunes he had previously shared during the year. Several music blogs praised the EP and listed him as a talent to watch. He posted the song "Cave" to SoundCloud on October 26. It quickly rose to the top of the site's streaming charts. He released "Waves," his first song for sale, coupled with a music video on August 6, 2017. "Sickness" followed this in 2018. He launched the single "Lost Cause" on February 1, 2019, and it quickly became his most well-known tune and increased his exposure. On February 6, its music video was made public. The following day, on September 18, "Sore Loser," which was likewise well appreciated, was released. KennyHoopla's debut EP, "How Will I Rest In Peace If I'm Buried By A Highway?", was released on April 24, 2020. The EP was well-received by critics & fans alike, with many lauding KennyHoopla's unique sound & songwriting ability. KennyHoopla is currently signed to Atlantic Records.
