SoDown is an American electronic music producer and DJ from Colorado. His real name is Corey Baker and he has remained an underground sensation for the last six years. Baker's unique production style combines elements of dubstep, hip-hop, trap, glitch-hop, and drum & bass with a hint of live instrumentation. SoDown has released two full-length albums on leading independent labels, Prime Dub Recordings and Pretty Lights Music. The first album, "Rise Up," received critical acclaim and brought SoDown recognition in the electronic music world. It also featured collaborations with highly sought-after artists like Bassnectar, Griz, Big Grams (Big Boi x Phantogram), and Tea Leigh. The second album "Vertigo" was released in July 2018 to great success and featured hit singles such as "Watch Me Fall" and "Don't U Know." These tracks achieved millions of Spotify streams each while placing SoDown among some of the most popular acts in EDM today.
In addition to releasing original albums, SoDown, an EDM artist, regularly tours around the US headlining major festivals such as Electric Forest Festival and Red Rocks Amphitheater. He also plays select shows around Europe such as Boomtown Fair UK and Dour Festival Belgium making sure to reach fans far away from his home in Colorado. Besides his releases, SoDown often teams up with other talented producers for collaborative EPs or remixes on iconic tracks like “Should’ve Known Better” by Griz or his official remix of Zhu's “Faded”. In 2017 he was chosen to join the Style Society imprint label run by Pretty Lights Music alongside esteemed artists like The Glitch Mob, STS9, Gramatik, Boombox Cartel & many more showcasing his ability to contribute great music in any genre even outside of EDM.
