In 2018, he released his second studio album less is more which featured the singles "All or Nothing" with Afrojack and "Like I Love You" with The Nghbrs. De Laet established his own record company, Found Frequencies, in collaboration with Armada Music, declaring that it "would serve as a home" for his music and the "go-to label for up-and-coming performers." Alive and Feeling Fine, his second studio album, was released on October 4, 2019. In 2021, Lost Frequencies and British vocalist Calum Scott collaborated on the song "Where Are You Now," which went on to become De Laet's first Top 40 hit outside of the Benelux region. The song peaked at number 5 in Germany and number 1 on the Official Irish Singles Chart Top 50, respectively, among other nations where it reached the Top 10.
