Lane 8 is an American electronic music producer, DJ, and musician based in Denver, Colorado. His real name is Daniel Goldstein and he has been producing music since 2011. He first gained recognition with his debut album Rise in 2015, which featured the hit single “Diamonds”. The success of this album led to Lane 8 being signed to the English deep house label Anjunadeep in 2016. Since then, Lane 8 has released a string of successful singles such as “No Captain”, “Ghost”, and “Stir Me Up” which have all received critical acclaim from fans and critics alike. In 2017, Lane 8 released his second album Little By Little which was met with even more success than his debut album. The lead single from the album was the title track “Little By Little” which topped the US Dance charts for weeks on end. This album saw Lane 8 gain international recognition as one of the top producers of electronic Lane 8 music today.
In 2019, Lane 8 released his third studio album Brightest Lights which featured collaborations with artists such as POLIÇA and RBBTS. This album was met with huge success as it peaked at number 3 on the US Dance/Electronic Albums chart and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Lane 8 also embarked on a world tour in support of Brightest Lights that same year where he played shows across Europe and North America to sold-out crowds. Lane 8 recently announced that he will be embarking on a 2023 world tour with dates scheduled across Europe and North America. This tour will feature some of Lane 8's biggest hits as well as new material from his upcoming fourth studio album due out later this year.
