In an interview with The Muse, Sauvé stated: "I’ve been writing music for as long as I can remember. It’s always been a form of cathartic expression for me, a way to communicate the inexpressible. I started playing the piano when I was six and picked up the guitar when I was thirteen.
I’ve always been drawn to melancholic melodies and minor chords. There’s something about sad songs that just feels so comforting to me. They make me feel less alone in my sadness."
Ghostly Kisses' debut album, "To Love is to Live," was released on June 26, 2020. The album was entirely written and produced by Sauvé. It includes the singles "Thousand Times," "Seventeen," and "Drive."
