Cameron Winter was born in Portland, Oregon, in 1992. He started singing at local cafes when he was 15. He writes soulful indie-folk music that mixes acoustic guitar and poetic lyrics. He is influenced by Bob Dylan and Damien Rice. His 2014 EP Whispers in the Rain, which got some attention in his hometown, was one of his first releases.
