If you have received a Yadara confirmation email, your order was successful.
To check on your order status, you can go to yadara.com/mytickets, and you will see the status of all your orders. If a ticket is listed as "pending delivery," you can rest assured that the order went through.
Check Yadara.com/mytickets when you're logged in to see an update delivery status for your tickets. If they are delivered and you cannot find them visit the following links for more specific information based on your delivery type:

How do I access my eTickets?If your event requires you to wear a mask and/or be fully vaccinated to attend - it will be noted on the disclosures on your ticket order. We always advise double checking with the venue's website for important entry information.
To view your eTransfer tickets, you'll need to accept the ticket transfer from the provider of your tickets. This will be a third party and not Yadara. We will have sent you the information on who is delivering your ticket in your confirmation email.
Search your inbox for the name of the ticket provider. Be sure to search your spam, junk, or trash folders as it may have been filtered out of your inbox by mistake. If you can't find the email, some other helpful search terms would be:
The event name
"Sent you tickets"
"Accept tickets"
When you find the email, follow the prompts to accept your ticket and remember to use the same email that you use for Yadara. Once you've accepted your tickets via the eTransfer platform you'll need to present them at the event within their app.
