Franco Escamilla was born on April 29, 1981 in Cuautla, Morelos. The Mexico-based comedian, who is also a singer, songwriter, radio personality, and actor, has been entertaining audiences around the world since 2006. Started when he took part in a contest called "Nuestros Nuevos Comediantes" (Our New Comedians), which was organized by the Cima comedy club. He won second place in the contest. In 2007, Franco Escamilla participated in another comedy contest called "Jovenes en Forma" (Young and Fit), which was organized by the Comedy House club, and he won first place. That same year, he released his first comedy album called "Cuerpo de Bombero" (Firefighter's Body).
In 2008, Franco Escamilla toured Mexico with his stand-up comedy show called "Pura Pinche Risa" (Pure F*cking Laughter).
The following year, he released his second comedy album called "No Te Escamillas" (Don't Back Down), which was recorded live at the Cima comedy club. In 2010, Franco Escamilla toured the United States with his stand-up comedy show called "No Te Escamillas." He has also toured other countries such as Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. In 2011, Franco Escamilla released his third comedy album called "El Infierno es Demasiado Dulce" (Hell is Too Sweet), which was recorded live at the Cima comedy club. In 2012, Franco Escamilla toured Mexico with his stand-up comedy show called "Los Ironias del Destino" (The Ironies of Destiny). The following year, he released his fourth comedy album called "Quien Da Mas?" (Who Gives More?).
In 2014, Franco Escamilla toured Mexico with his stand-up comedy show called "La Noche de los Monstruos" (The Night of the Monsters). Also the following year, he released his fifth comedy album called "Casa Tomada" (Taken House). In 2016, Franco Escamilla toured Mexico with his stand-up comedy show called "Ser Humano" (To Be Human). The following year, he released his sixth comedy album called "Bienvenido al Mundo" (Welcome to the World), which was recorded live at the Cima comedy club. In 2018, Franco Escamilla toured Mexico with his stand-up comedy show called "Al Diablo con lo Tuyo" (To Hell with Yours). The following year, he released his seventh comedy album called "2020" (2020). In 2020, Franco Escamilla postponed his tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
