Colin Quinn is a stand-up comedian, actor, and writer from Brooklyn, New York. He is known for his work on the television shows Saturday Night Live and Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. He has also appeared in films such as A Night at the Roxbury, and comedies like Grown Ups and Trainwreck. Quinn began his stand-up career in the early 1980s. He has appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Quinn has also had his own Comedy Central special, Colin Quinn: Unconstitutional.
In 2016, Quinn starred in and co-wrote the film Statues Also Die which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. The film is about the relationship between art and propaganda. Quinn is a regular contributor to The New York Times and has written two books: I'm Sorry You Feel That Way: The Astonishing But True Story of a Guy Who Sued His Boss for a Living and Overrated: Elizabeth Warren and Other Democratic Myths.
