Bill Engvall is an American stand-up comedian and actor who has had a successful career spanning over three decades. He first started as a radio DJ in Texas in the early 1980s before shifting his focus to stand-up comedy. In 1986, he moved to Los Angeles and started performing at the iconic The Comedy Store, where he quickly gained recognition for his friendly, laidback comedic style that was often centered around everyday people and their lives. Engvall's big break came when he became a recurring host on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 1992. He went on to release several HBO specials and tour throughout the United States for many years, becoming one of the top touring comedians of all time. In addition to stand-up comedy gigs, he also made appearances in multiple sitcoms between 1994 and 2008 including Grace Under Fire and Last Man Standing.

During this time period he also released two comedy albums; Aged & Confused (2007) and Here's Your Sign Reloaded (2009) which featured several songs along with funny stories about Touring Nationally in Australia with different Fans around the world.
