The Iowa Hawkeyes Wrestling Roster program has a long, storied history of success in the sport. Starting all the way back in 1906, the Hawkeyes have been one of the premier wrestling programs in collegiate sports. Since then, they have amassed an impressive 15 NCAA Division I championships and had a combined 23 individual national champions. The program is well-known for its strong alumni base, with some of its most famous members being Olympic gold medalist Dan Gable and three-time World Champion Kurt Angle.
