The Reno Rodeo is a PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association) sanctioned sporting event and non-profit organization made up of over 900+ volunteers. The “Wildest, Richest Rodeo in the West” has been held annually since 1919, making it one of the oldest rodeos in the United States. It takes place at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center each June and features 10 days of competition in bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing, and bull riding.
