The Jackson Hole Rodeo is a legendary event with over 100 years of history. Founded in 1912, the rodeo has been bringing excitement and entertainment to the Jackson Hole community for generations. The rodeo is held at the Teton County Fairgrounds in Jackson, Wyoming, and features some of the best riders from around the country. In 2023, Jackson Hole Rodeo will be hosting several exciting events throughout the year including weekly rodeos on Wednesday nights from May through August; “Cowboy Up” Bull Riding on Saturday nights from June through August; and “Ride For The Brand” Barrel Racing on Sunday mornings during July through August. The Jackson Hole Rodeo also hosts a variety of special events throughout each season such as concerts featuring popular country music artists; a parade down Main Street for opening night festivities; a Kids’ Corral with games and activities for children of all ages; and a barbecue cook-off that is open to everyone.
