The Ally Challenge is a PGA Tour Champions event that first took place in September 2018 at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club. The country club is located in Grand Blanc Township, Michigan - just south of Flint.
The tournament is named after the late Billie Payne, who was the chairman of the Augusta National Golf Club and a former president of the United States Golf Association (USGA). She was also instrumental in bringing the Masters Tournament to Augusta National.
The Ally Challenge features a field of 78 PGA Tour Champions professionals competing for a $1.75 million purse. The winner of the tournament will receive $365,000.
The 2018 Ally Challenge was won by Bernhard Langer, who defeated Vijay Singh in a playoff.
The 2019 Ally Challenge is scheduled to take place from September 9-15 at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club. Tickets are available now through the tournament's official website.
