The Great Falls Voyagers have been thrilling fans with exciting baseball for over four decades. Founded in 1978, the Voyagers are an independent minor league team based in Great Falls, Montana, and play their home games at Centene Stadium. The team is part of the Pioneer League, which is not affiliated with Major League Baseball but is an MLB Partner League. Throughout their history, the Voyagers have developed several rivalries with other teams in their conference, including the Billings Mustangs, Missoula Paddleheads, and Idaho Falls Chukars. The GF Voyagers Baseball are led by some of baseball's top players such as outfielder Danny Edgeworth who was named First Team All-Pioneer last season after batting .323 with seven home runs; pitcher Garrett Schilling who had a 3.38 ERA with 79 strikeouts; catcher Rylan Thomas who had a .973 fielding percentage; infielder Jack Dunn who led all batters with 28 RBIs; and shortstop Tyler Tungate who had 18 stolen bases last season. As they look ahead to the 2024 season, Great Falls Voyagers will be looking to continue their success from recent years while also building on their rich history of excellence. With a talented roster full of experienced veterans and promising newcomers alike, there is no doubt that this team will be competitive once again this year as they strive to bring another championship back to Great Falls.
Off the field, the Voyagers organization takes great pride in its commitment to community service initiatives throughout Montana.
