The Sioux Falls Storm is a professional indoor football team based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Founded in 2000, the Storm has been playing football for over 20 years and has become one of the most successful programs in the Indoor Football League (IFL). The team plays its home games at the Denny Sanford Premier Center, located in downtown Sioux Falls. The Storm are led by some of indoor football's top players such as quarterback Lorenzo Brown Jr., who was named First Team All-IFL last season after throwing for 3,093 yards and 57 touchdowns; running back Tyler Williams who had 1,067 rushing yards last season; wide receiver Xavier Boyce who had 1,448 receiving yards last season; linebacker Cameron McGlenn who led all defenders with 94 tackles; and cornerback Josh Thornton who had six interceptions last season. As they look ahead to the 2023 season, Sioux Falls Storm will be looking to continue their success from recent years while also building on their rich history of excellence.
