The DePaul Blue Demons Women’s Basketball team has a long and storied history. The first women’s basketball game at DePaul was played in 1973 against the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Since then, the Blue Demons have become one of the consistently best teams in the Big East conference. As part of the conference, DePaul WBB Roster has faced rivalries with St. John's and Seton Hall as well as intra-city rival Marquette Golden Eagles Women's Basketball team. With its tip-off during the 2017 season after much anticipation from fans, it has quickly become beloved by students and alumni alike for its proximity to campus (just two miles away!) as well as its modern amenities.
