Blues Clues is a popular Canadian-American educational children’s Tv show created by Traci Paige Johnson, Todd Kessler, and Angela C. Santomero that has been airing since 1996. The series follows the adventures of an enthusiastic blue-spotted dog named Blue who invites viewers to join her on a "clue hunt" as she searches for clues to figure out different tasks. Alongside Blue was her “paw print friend” – Steve Burns - who took viewers through the day’s activities and solved puzzles along with help from his sidekick, Mr.Salt, and Mrs. Pepper. Later, Joe replaced Steve in 2002 as the lead character. In 2006, another Blues Clues characters named Periwinkle joined the cast as Blue's buddy enabling them to explore more complicated questions and activities together. The music of Blues Clues was written by composer Nick Balaban and performed by Steve Burns, Donovan Patton (Joe), and various other vocal talents throughout the series run. Many of its songs became popular among kids including "Mailtime", "We Just Figured Out Blue's Clues" theme song remake, "Baby Bird," and "What Was Blue's Dream About?".
