Taller Mujer is an iconic Latinx rock band from Mexico City, Mexico. Formed in 1995, the quartet has since become one of the most successful bands in Latin America and beyond. The members of Taller Mujer are lead vocalist María Fernanda González, bass player Enrique Sánchez, guitarist Salvador Martínez, and drummer Fernando Gómez. The group released their debut album in 1997 to much critical acclaim. Their self-titled album was an instant success with fans who were drawn to the band's unique blend of traditional Latin American sounds with modern rock music. The album was certified gold in Mexico and earned them a Grammy nomination for Best Latin Rock/Alternative Album.
