Footprint Center, formerly known as America West Arena, US Airways Center, Talking Stick Resort Arena, and Phoenix Suns Arena, is a multi-purpose arena located in the bustling city of Phoenix, Arizona. The Phoenix Coyotes (now the Arizona Coyotes) made their debut in Phoenix on July 1, 1996, and played at the arena for over seven seasons. The Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA), the Phoenix Mercury of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), and the Arizona Rattlers from the Indoor Football League all call this place home as their arena. As part of the National Hockey League (NHL), they experienced great success during that time.
