The Baja Beach Fest is an annual reggaeton and Latin music festival held in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico. The three-day festival features some of the biggest names in reggaeton and Latin music, as well as up-and-coming artists.
The Baja Beach Fest was founded in 2010 by Mexican reggaeton artist Daddy Yankee. The first edition of the festival was held in October 2010 and featured performances by Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Wisin & Yandel, Farruko, and Zion & Lennox, among others.
Over the years, the festival has grown in size and scope and has featured performances by some of the biggest names in Latin music, including Shakira, J Balvin, Ozuna, Bad Bunny, and Anuel AA.
The Baja Beach Fest is one of the biggest Latin music festivals in the world, and draws tens of thousands of fans from all over the globe each year.
In 2019, the festival was recognized as the most preeminent emerging festival in North America by USA Today.
The 2020 edition of the Baja Beach Fest was scheduled to take place from April 3-5 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2021 festival ran from August 13th to the 22nd, with notable guests such as Karol G, Rauw Alejandro, Lunay, Guaynaa, Jhay Cortez,J Balvin, Kali Uchis , Justin Quiles and others.
