The Los Angeles-based roots rock band Truth & Salvage Co. is made up of six musicians, and it currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. The group was formed when members from Scrappy Hamilton and Old Pike, two popular Los Angeles bands, combined to perform under their present name.
The group's debut full-length, produced by Chris Robinson, was released on May 25, 2010. The band has since signed to Silver Arrow Records and served as the opening act for the Black Crowes' tour in 2009. On July 23, 2013, Pick Me Up was released on Megaforce/Sony RED. The album was recorded at the legendary Blackbird Studios in Nashville and produced by Jay Joyce (Cage The Elephant, Eric Church).
Truth & Salvage Co. has toured relentlessly throughout the US and Europe, playing such festivals as Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Austin City Limits, and Mountain Jam. The band has also performed on late-night television shows such as Conan and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
