Kasim Sulton is an American bass guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist. He is best known for his work with Utopia, the band led by Todd Rundgren. Sulton was a member of Utopia from 1974 to 1986 and again from 1992 to 2004. He has also worked with Hall & Oates, Joan Jett, Billy Idol, Meat Loaf, Patti Smith Group, Hall & Oates, Natalie Merchant, Billy Joel and many others.

He has played with some of the biggest names in music, including Todd Rundgren, Joan Jett, Billy Idol, Meat Loaf, Patti Smith Group, Natalie Merchant, and Billy Joel. Sulton first gained notoriety as a member of the progressive rock band Utopia. He was with the group from 1974 to 1986, and then again from 1992 to 2004. During his time with Utopia, the band released eight studio albums and toured extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and Japan.
