Helicon started in 2010 in Los Angeles as part of the underground rock scene. Alex Rivera on lead guitar, Mia Chen on vocals, Leo Morales on bass, and Sarah Kim on drums make up the band. They are inspired by grunge, classic rock, and alternative bands. Critics loved early EPs like Edge of Silence (2012). Helicon swiftly built up a loyal following in the American indie-rock scene thanks to their raw energy, tight riffs, and emotional intensity.
