John Butler, the Australian singer-songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist has been making music for over two decades. He began his musical journey in the late 90s after graduating from Berklee College of Music in Boston. His debut album, John Butler, was released in 1998 to critical acclaim and earned him a nomination for Best New Talent at the ARIA Awards. Since then, he has released six studio albums that have achieved great success both domestically and internationally. His most successful album to date is Sunrise Over Sea (2004), which was certified 5x platinum in Australia and earned him an ARIA Award for Best Male Artist.
