Gloria Gaynor is an American singer-songwriter and actress who has become a true icon in the music industry. She rose to fame with her hit song "I Will Survive" which was released in 1978 and went on to become one of the most successful singles of all time, earning her a Grammy Award for Best Disco Recording. Since then, Gloria has gone on to release several albums and singles that have been certified Gold or Platinum.
