Badu has released several other albums including "New Amerykah Part One (4th World War)" (2008) and "New Amerykah Part Two (Return of the Ankh)" (2010). She has also appeared on numerous television shows and films. In 2015, she starred in the Spike Lee-directed film, "Chi-Raq." Badu is considered one of the most influential figures in neo-soul music.
