About Righteous Brothers

The Righteous Brothers, formed in 1962 by Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield, emerged as pioneers of "blue-eyed soul," captivating audiences with their emotive performances and harmonious blend. Their breakthrough came with the 1964 release of "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'," produced by Phil Spector, which soared to number one on the charts and became the most-played song in American radio history. This success was followed by other timeless hits such as "Unchained Melody," "Ebb Tide," and "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration," each showcasing the duo's vocal prowess and emotional depth. Their discography includes notable albums like "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'" (1965) and "Soul & Inspiration" (1966), which solidified their place in music history. The Righteous Brothers' influence was further acknowledged with their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.

Tragically, Bobby Hatfield passed away in 2003, leading to a hiatus for the group. In 2016, Bill Medley revived The Righteous Brothers, partnering with singer Bucky Heard to continue the legacy. Their live performances have been celebrated for their faithful renditions of classic hits, often featuring setlists that include "Hold On, I'm Comin'," "Just Once in My Life," "Little Latin Lupe Lu," "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration," "Rock and Roll Heaven," "Crying," "Young Blood," and the iconic "Unchained Melody." These concerts not only pay homage to their rich musical heritage but also introduce their timeless sound to new generations of fans.

As of 2025, The Righteous Brothers are embarking on their "Lovin' Feelin' Farewell Tour," marking the culmination of over six decades of musical excellence. The tour commenced on February 15 in Scottsdale, Arizona, and includes performances across the United States, with notable dates such as March 5 in Jacksonville, Florida; March 30 at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee; April 1 at the Taft Theatre in Cincinnati, Ohio; and June 1 at the Atlanta Symphony Hall in Atlanta, Georgia. Fans attending these concerts can anticipate a nostalgic journey through the duo's greatest hits, delivered with the passion and soul that have defined The Righteous Brothers' enduring appeal.
