Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is a Pakistani singer, primarily of Qawwali, a form of Sufi devotional music. Born in Faisalabad, Pakistan in 1974, he was trained by his uncle, the legendary Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. He began singing at the age of three and made his first public performance at the age of nine. Rahat has been performing professionally since 1990 and has released numerous albums and singles. His most successful album to date is 'Dil Ka Diya', which was released in 2000 and sold over 5 million copies worldwide. The album featured popular songs such as 'Tere Bin' and 'Mere Dil Ka Diya'. Rahat has also collaborated with popular Bollywood singers such as Shreya Ghoshal, Sonu Nigam, Alka Yagnik, and others for various movie soundtracks?
