Madam Radar is an original rock band based out of Austin, TX. Their unique blend of rock, metal, and punk influences has gained them a loyal following both in their home state and beyond. In 2016, THE Madam Radar debuted their first full-length album under the name of The Texas KGB, titled songs in the Key of Pain. They released their second full-length album, Welcome Home, in 2017. It was recorded at 512 Studios with Omar Vallejo and produced by Matt O'Neal.
Since forming in 2014, Madam Radar has released two EPs - "The Things That Dreams Are Made Of" and "The Nightmare Continues" - and a full-length album, "Welcome to the Freakshow." They have also toured extensively throughout the US, sharing the stage with such bands as GWAR, Powerman 5000, Psychostick, and Municipal Waste. In October 2021, Madam Radar returned to The Finishing School with Gordy Quist and Steve Christensen to record their next studio album SPEAKS. It will be published on July 30th, 2022 at the 04 Center in Austin, Texas.
