Belle and Sebastian are an indie pop band from Scotland that has been captivating audiences since 1996. The band consists of Stuart Murdoch, Stevie Jackson, Sarah Martin, Richard Colburn, Chris Geddes, Bobby Kildea, Mick Cooke, and Dave McGowan. This was followed by Storytelling in 2002 which featured tracks such as “I'm A Cuckoo” and “Wrapped Up In Books” which were praised for their clever lyrics and catchy melodies. They continued to release music throughout the 2000s with albums such as Dear Catastrophe Waitress (2003), The Life Pursuit (2006), and Write About Love (2010).
