Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel is a British Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter. He rose to fame in the early 1990s with his worldwide hit single "Kiss from a Rose" from his second album, Seal II. His career has spanned over 30 years, with many successful albums and singles released throughout this period. Seal first gained recognition as a vocalist when he was featured on Adamski's 1991 hit single "Killer". This led to him releasing his debut album, Seal, which included four top-ten singles in the UK. In 1994, Seal released his second album, Seal II. It featured the massive hit single "Kiss From A Rose", which topped the charts in multiple countries and earned him three Grammy Awards in 1996 including Record of the Year. The success of this album helped propel Seal into international stardom. In 2003, Seal released his fourth studio album titled IV. It spawned two top-ten hits in the UK: "Get It Together" and "Love's Divine". The latter earned him another Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance at the 45th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony in 2003.
In 2007, he released System; an album that produced several successful singles including "Amazing", which was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance at the 50th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony in 2008. Since then, Seal has continued to release new music and tour around the world. His most recent release is Standards (2017), an album filled with classic jazz songs such as “Luck Be A Lady” and “My Funny Valentine” that showcases his powerful vocal range and musical talent. He has also gone on several tours since 2017 such as The Standards World Tour (2017 - 2018) and Soul 2 Tour (2019). Now, Seal is gearing up for yet another exciting tour!
