Resistance Revival Chorus is a collective of more than 60 women of color who sing protest songs from the past and present to uplift communities and fight for social justice. They have been featured on NPR, The New York Times, MSNBC, and more. The chorus was founded in early 2017 in response to the election of Donald Trump. Its members are composers, arrangers, music directors, and performers who have come together to create new arrangements of protest songs from throughout history.
The collective is dedicated to using the power of song to build community and fight for social justice.
