Joseph Harry Fowler Connick Jr. is a multifaceted American entertainer, dazzling the world with his singing and piano skills, acting prowess on TV shows, talk show, and films, as well as his hosting duties for various television programs from New Orleans. He studied at the Manhattan School of Music in New York where he met Columbia Records executive, Dr. George Butler, who convinced him to sign with Columbia. In 2011, he made a memorable appearance in the family film Dolphin Tale as Dr. Clay Haskett and reprised his role for its well-received 2014 sequel. He has also served as the musical director of the NBC talk show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon since 2014. 

One of his famous films is Hope Floats with Sandra Bullock and Memphis Belle. Last September 16th, 2019, he made a spectacular return to Broadway with Harry Connick Jr. - A Celebration of Cole Porter: an audiovisual tribute honoring the legacy of the renowned composer, Cole Porter's songbook. He was also a judge on American Idol from Season 13 to Season 15 and appeared in South Pacific show. Harry eagerly joined the amazing cast of Annie Live! as the beloved Sir Oliver "Daddy" Warbucks, opposing Taraji P. Henson's villainous Miss Hannigan.
