The success of this album made them one of the most popular rock bands of the 90s. In 1992, Firehouse released their second album Hold Your Fire which featured the hit single "Reach for the Sky." In 1994, they released 3 which featured their first number-one single on Billboard's Hot 100 chart: "I Live My Life for You." This song became one of their biggest hits to date and earned them a Grammy Award nomination for Best Rock Song.
Throughout their career, Firehouse has won numerous awards including an American Music Award for Favorite Pop/Rock Band/Duo/Group in 1993 and a Billboard Music Award for Top Rock Album in 1995.
