Eighteen Visions is an American metalcore band from Orange County, California, United States, formed in 1995. The band's current lineup consists of lead vocalist James Hart, guitarist and keyboardist Keith Barney, drummer and percussionist Trevor Friedrich, and bassist and backup vocalist Trevor Friedrich. Eighteen Visions broke up in 2007. After a decade of inactivity, they announced their reunion in 2017.
Eighteen Visions achieved mainstream success with their debut studio album, Yesterday Is Time Killed, which was released in 1999. They have released six studio albums: Until the Ink Runs Out (2000), Vanity (2002), Obsession (2004), Eighteen Visions (2006), XVIII (2017), and 1996 (cover album) (2021). Eighteen Visions has been called pioneers of the metalcore and deathcore genres, as well as one of, if not the first, metalcore band to use clean vocals.
