Tyler Lynn Farr is an American country music singer and songwriter. After being originally signed to BNA Records, Farr released two singles for the label before it closed. He then transferred over to Columbia Records Nashville and has since released two albums: Redneck Crazy in 2013 and Suffer in Peace in 2015. To date, he has charted eight singles on both the Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts; his highest ranking on the latter of which being "A Guy Walks Into a Bar" at No. 1 in 2015. Farr began his musical career singing co-writes and background vocals for other artists. In early 2012, he was signed to BNA Records and released his debut single, "Hot Wire", in July of that year. His second single, "Hello Darling", was released in December 2012. The latter song peaked at number 59 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in 2013. Farr's debut album, Redneck Crazy, was released on September 30, 2013, via Columbia Records Nashville. The album's lead single and title track, "Redneck Crazy", was released to country radio on August 12, 2013, and peaked at number 2 on the Country Airplay chart and number 4 on the Hot Country Songs chart. The album's second single, "Whiskey in My Water", was released to country radio on February 24, 2014, and peaked at number 28 on the Country Airplay chart. Farr's second album, Suffer in Peace, was released on April 28, 2015. The album's lead single, "A Guy Walks Into a Bar", was released to country radio on May 18, 2015, and peaked at number 1 on the Country Airplay chart, making it his first number one single. The album's second single, "Candyland", was released to country radio on October 5, 2015, and peaked at number 41 on the Country Airplay chart. In May 2017, Farr underwent vocal cord surgery and had to cancel all of his scheduled shows for the summer.
