LoCash, formerly known as LoCash Cowboys, is an American country music duo consisting of vocalists Chris Lucas and Preston Brust. They have released 3 studio albums, one each for Average Joes Entertainment, Reviver Records, and Wheelhouse Records. The duo has achieved much success in the industry since their formation in 2006. The two originally met while working at a local radio station in Nashville Tennessee. After deciding to form LoCash band together, they began writing songs and performing live shows all over the country. In 2010, they released their debut album Keepin' Up with the Joneses on Average Joes Entertainment. This album featured hit singles such as "Crazy Girl" and "Here Comes Summer." Both of these LoCash songs charted on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart, peaking at number 11 and 26 respectively. In 2012, LoCash released their second studio album The Fighters which was produced by Rodney Clawson and Jeff Coplan for Reviver Records.
This album featured the single "Chase a Little Love" which reached number 19 on the Hot Country Songs chart. Following this success, they were nominated for Top Vocal Duo of the Year at both the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM) and the Country Music Association Awards (CMA). In 2015, LoCash released their third studio album I Love This Life on Wheelhouse Records. This album included smash hits such as "I Know Somebody," "I Love This Life," and "Ring on Every Finger." All three tracks topped Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart with "I Love This Life" becoming their first number-one hit! The song was also nominated for Single Record of the Year at both ACM and CMA awards ceremonies in 2016. In 2021, LoCash announced that they will be embarking on a 2024 tour across North America! Fans can expect to hear all their favorite hits from past albums as well as new material from releases in 2022. Additionally, fans can look forward to special appearances from other popular artists throughout the tour!
